$93 Million Acquisition: Cyient Semiconductors Takes Majority Control of Kinetic Tech

Cyient Semiconductors has announced plans to acquire a majority stake in Kinetic Technologies, a U.S.-based semiconductor company, in a deal valued at approximately $93 million. The acquisition marks a strategic step in Cyient’s efforts to strengthen its presence in the global semiconductor and analog technology market.

Kinetic Technologies is known for its expertise in power management and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions, serving a wide range of industries including automotive, industrial electronics, and consumer devices. By gaining controlling ownership, Cyient aims to enhance its design capabilities and broaden its product portfolio.
